Co-op, Finance

Job Description
The Finance Co-op will assist the Asheville Finance team in the overall administration, direction, and monthly reporting for the North American Truck business unit. This co-op will provide timely and meaningful financial analysis as stated below. This includes Oracle cost workflows, MOS metrics, sales analysis, and reporting & records retention responsibility.
Job Requirements
Process Oracle workflows under the direction of the Cost Analyst.
Prepare & develop weekly MOS reporting metrics.
Perform month end duties including GL-Oracle reconciliation, journal vouchers, & GL analysis.
Preparation of weekly sales reporting for OPS & BU management.
Administer the records retention process for Asheville.
Assist with ad-hoc projects, site requirements, and analyses as required.
Assist in annual physical inventory & cycle counting tracking.
Enrolled in undergraduate business oriented degree, accounting or finance preferred.
Strong analytical and organization skills (ability to recognize and resolve issues).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to function in a changing environment and meet scheduled deadlines.
Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required. Job Code\: #LI-DNI

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
