Supervisor, Manufacturing

Job Description This position is responsible for the facilitation of the housing department manufacturing team. The primary responsibility is to ensure the team has the resources, skills, training, materials, and information to safely produce a quality part which meets customer specifications and schedules within cost specifications. Job Requirements o Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process, and quality system. o Identify and record any product, process, and quality system problems; Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels. o Verify the implementation of solutions. o Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected as defined by the applicable procedures and/or by delegation of the appropriate Manufacturing Manager. o Ensures compliance to Standards of Business Conduct through familiarity with related policies and procedures. o Trains and motivates subordinates in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures. o Ensure department goals for safety, quality, and throughput are achieved within AOP budgets. o Train and develop team members on work processes and requirements to ensure functioning in a safe and efficient environment. o Provide production and schedule related information and serve as a communication link between the team and the organization. o Transition business performance data analysis skills to team members. Facilitate the performance evaluation process. o Coach team members for increased performance; counsel and take corrective action when necessary. o Develop environment where team members coach team members. o Participate in plant wide task/project teams. o Identify and transition team administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS o Bachelor's Degree or 10-15 years related manufacturing experience required o Automotive manufacturing experience preferred in addition to Statistical Quality Control o Design of Experiments, Quality Planning, and Product Safety & Liability o Knowledge of Lean and/or PPM experience preferred o Microsoft Office experience and knowledge required o Knowledge of Oracle and/or Kronos preferred oAbility to work 3rd shift

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
