Senior HR Manager

Job Description The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading HR staff and providing HRsupport for the Fletcher, NC location. This role will provide executive, consultant and business partner support to line management by driving formal organizational effectiveness and business review processes and by partnering withHR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and solutions for respective management groups. They will partner withinternal service providers to ensure recruiting, benefit support, training & development, EEO/Affirmative action, and compensationsupport from Central Functions Group to meet the needs of the business. They will also partner with managers and provide appropriate coaching to ensure fair and effective employee relations. Essential Functions: Employee Relations: Acts as the primary HR business partner for management within the location. Provides expert coaching to management and ensures timely, effective execution of all local operational personnel work (hiring/staffing decisions, local organizational design, performance management, compensation decisions, talent management processes, employee relations and separation processes). With team support, manages location HR support to all client groups in the location. Employer Branding and Recruitment: Works in conjunction with central recruitment to fill open salaried positions within the location. Leads HR team in the recruitment and selection of hourly positions to include utilization of temporary staffing agencies where applicable. Strategy and Planning: Contributes as a member of the client group's management team (executive level) to business strategy, operational goal setting, allocation of resources and budget preparation to reach business objectives and expectations. Ensures compliance with HR policies and practices as well as compliance to employment laws and regulations in area of responsibility (including record retention). Acts as a voice for the assigned client business into the HR management team (policy and process owners) regarding marketplace trends affecting HR, demographic development, and client business needs. Introduces/ implements new HR related services & processes into assigned organization Talent and Performance Management, Learning and Training: Leads the location HR organization on initiatives involving: performance management, leadership development, career and succession planning, employee engagement, retention and professional development of the HR Team. Works with local plant leadership to develop and implement training for salaried and hourly positions. Compensation and Benefits: Coordinates the interface with centers of expertise regarding the full portfolio of HR related processes (e.g. Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility.) Additional Functions: Interfaces with service centers regarding the full portfolio of HR related services (e.g. recruitment and payroll). Leads local administrative services, monitors core services as cafeteria, employee transportation, outsourcing initiatives, medical services, etc. as well as other HR initiatives Job Requirements Basic Requirements: -Bachelor Degree in a related field - Operational HR experience including 7+ years of experience in a HR business partner role with significant experience in recruiting and employee relations. - Experience in Central Functions and Manufacturing business Preferred qualifications: - Master's Degree - 10+ years experience in a HR Business Partner role with experience in recruiting and employee relations Visa Sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position. 98831BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
