Summary:
Performs duties related to the daily production of baked goods.
Proof and bake all bread and bakery products.
Assists in packaging & loading of deliveries as needed.
Performs cleaning duties.
Communicate daily production needs and information with other bread Team Members.
This is an evening shift running roughly from 5pm-1am DUTIES Proof and bake breads according to daily production needs.
Clean work areas, oven, and oven area.
Remove trash and compost.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner Follow and comply with established procedures, including health, sanitation and adhere to safe work practices.

Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
