ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Compliance with all OSHA regulations, follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions, properly use any personal protection equipment and comply with 5 S guidelines to insure a clean and organized work place are essential.
Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs.
Coordinates tax reporting programs and investor relations activities.
Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the corporation's annual report.
Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations.
Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution, and determines their financial impact.
Establishes and maintains contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community.
Directs all information system activities.
Ensures management information systems is compatible with company goals and procedures and is in compliance with GAAP.
Oversees and directs all other administrative teams and management in the absence of a formal facilities General Manager.
All other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS 5-7 years of experience commensurate with the role.
To qualify the candidate must have held a title that is equal to or exceeding the basic skills and requirements of an industry standard Controller position.
2 or more years of experience acting in a leadership role/capacity.
Experience working within a finance related position within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
The ability to work with Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel at a high level, which includes the capacity to build highly complex and informative spreadsheets that will be reported directly to the President of the organization.
Demonstrates a continuous development mindset and will champion collaborative goal setting and employee development initiatives.
Demonstrates the capacity to think outside the box to come up with satisfactory solutions to complex problems across an array of departments within the organization.
EDUCATION Master's degree (M.
A.
or M.
S.
) strongly preferred Bachelor's degree (B.
A or B.
S.
) required along with the minimum qualifying experience or better CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS CMA and/or CPA required.
