Responsibilities:
-Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Training new employees - Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping - Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize warehouse operations - Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods - Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations - Supervise and train warehouse staff, including in other states, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs - Travel to CA, TX,IL for training Skills:
- Proficient in transportation planning and logistics management - Experience in managing a distribution center or warehouse facility - Solid understanding of supply chain principles and practices - Budgeting skills to effectively allocate resources and control costs - Proven ability to supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for continuous improvement initiatives - Strong people skills, people management.
